Client Responsibilities

- Make timely payments as agreed in your service contract
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Payment Terms
All services are subject to the following payment terms:

Intellectual Property
Ownership Rights

- Qnix Media Materials: We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing materials
- Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables as specified in your service agreement
- Portfolio Rights: We may display your project in our portfolio and marketing materials
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qnix Media shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Damages related to third-party services or platforms
- Results not achieved due to market conditions, algorithm changes, or other external factors
Total Liability Cap: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 6 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Upon termination:
- You must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date
- We will provide a final deliverable of work completed
- All licenses may be revoked if payments are outstanding
